Bad batch?
I just bought my second bottle of the Daily Smoothing Serum. I really loved how smooth and soft it made my skin feel. The second bottle I bought is not the same product as the first. This is much more watery and seems to evaporate instead of absorb.

Wonderful product
"This product is incredible! I bought the serum first to try before purchasing the other pubic hair products, and I am forever grateful I did. I used to get horrible razor bumps to the point where I wouldn't wear a bikini without shorts on. However, ever since I started using this product, the razor bumps have not appeared, and what I had before has disappeared! I feel so much more confident now, and I cannot wait to try the rest of the products. So, thank you Gillette for this amazing product!

Fantastic Serum for Bikini Line Area
This serum has helped my bikini line area so much. I have coarse hair and at times it can be a pain to remove. I do use a different shaving cream but this serum keeps me from itching and so far I've had no red bumps since using this every day.

Does not work
I bought all the products from this line with the hope that I would finally get rid of ingrown hairs and pimples (as they claim for these products everywhere). Unfortunately, that didn't happen at all. So disappointing for me. I have used the products 3 times so far, if the result changes, I will be happy to write a better review.

Just started using venus product and havent seen any changes seem like im still getting razor bumps so maybe i need to continue to use it daily and go from there i would suggest only using on thebtop outer layer to be safe and every other day to be sure irritation dont ocvur i used ot on actual razor bumps so ill see if it helps

Saved my skin
Im truly shocked by how well this worked. I went from contantly dealing with bumpy red ingrown hairs to smooth as can be. No joke. And I love that its pH balanced so it doesn't mess with my balance. I have tried sooo many other products that either didnt work or messed with me. VENUS don't you even think of discontinuing this product. I would full on mutiny. Tell your R&D team gigantic thanks from me!

Amazing Product

I bought this b/c it says “Cooling Serum” and little did expect to have a “V Full of Fire!” Yes, I have sensitive skin so that’s why I don’t bother and I deal with bumps and pain… but this said for sensitive skin… min later and I’m still burning! Ow

I love it!

Good Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your like me and shave on a daily basis, your skin can become irritated. I hate getting shaving bumps because they can become infected and cause a lot of pain. Since trying this product I have not had any irritations at all. After shaving I apply a small amount to my hand and apply it. It leaves my area nice and smooth. No more razor bumps or irritations!! This is definitely the best product to eliminate those unflattering issues.

Really works for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hair that I shave is extremely coarse and grows fast, which results in me having to shave every day in "swimsuit" season. I apply this serum after drying off from my shower in the evening, and there are no red bumps the next morning. Prior to applying the serum, I would always have red bumps and irritation down there.
