Quick to Break
This item broke after 2 months of use. So disappointed after paying $20 for this item. It broke while carrying things at the airport and was very inconvenient & distressing! I loved this until it suddenly broke. Also noticed some tarnishing of the silver but looked past it. Another woe is that it was hard to find a charger cord that could fit with my case and the charm. I had to find a case and cord that worked!

Cant charge your phone with this
I think it’s so nice but I am questioning the durability of the plastic insert and you are not able to charge your phone with this in. I used 3 cords and none of them worked!

The gold hardware rusted and changed colors within 2 weeks of purchasing. The strap recently broke and all the beads came off but it’s now outside of the return window. It’s basically lasted a little over a month. I wouldn’t recommend it.
