There is no known reason why it cannot be used on old/ fully healed tattoos. However, it is advised to conduct a patch test on a small area that includes part of the tattoo to show tolerance. For old/fully healed tattoos there is no known safety issue/contraindication, but Reckitt should not be held responsible if the tattoo is affected. A: Personally, I have used this product for about 4 years. Usually, I find it most effective when my skin is wet because you would want to clean the area with soap and water first. This allows your shaving area to be clean and your hair follicles to be softer so that you can get a better shaving. Hope this helps!
