Not exactly as described

Its an average product. I did not feel it to be of target quality for the price point. Material doesn't feel sturdy, doens't fit the 3 pairs of shoes on each rack, padded seat goes all the way down and closes with a bang - though the hinges look like soft close, they are not.

Missing parts

They didn't include some parts that were necessary to put it together so now I have to wait longer for them to send me the parts and put it together. That's very annoying.
