Q: Purchased today, opened it at home and POOF, an overwhelming smell of added fragrance wooshed into my face. Why is this not on the packaging? I'm allergic to synthetic fragrances. Will need to return.

Diminished Quaility Control
The quality of your napkins has diminished, as well as, packaging. Very disappointing!!! The napkins have become too thin and easily useless after a couple of wipes during a meal. Packaging is also a reflection of diminished quality control. What happened??? We’ve have been using your product since the 1970s.
