I remember I took a quick nap with my makeup on with this setting spray on I woke up my makeup was still good. It isn’t strong and hasn’t broke me out either.

This new packaging is horrible. The cap barely stays on, the spray part hardly sprays. It feels cheap. The old bottle instructions said 2-4 sprays, but the new one says AT LEAST 10 because of how crappy it comes out. I LOVED this setting spray and have used it for years, but this new version sucks. Hopefully the product still works as well. But please reconsider this packaging update.

It keeps my makeup in place all day without feeling heavy or sticky. The finish looks very natural and my skin stays hydrated while still controlling transfer. I’ve worn it for long hours and my makeup still looks fresh hours later. The spray is fine and even, and it works great for all-day wear. Also no scent after use. Definitely a must-have in my routine and would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the finish of the product and this is my first time using a more high end setting spray, the drying effect you can kind of feel the film on your face but you can’t see it within the makeup. I also naturally have an oil face so I sometimes powder after using this on my t-zone which tends to be more oily and it looks amazing. It does last all day and doesn’t transfer unless you’re wiping your nose or you don’t give it sufficient time to dry which I’m sometimes guilty of. It definitely lock your makeup in all day and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my base because of this spray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how light this setting spray feels on my skin — it goes on as an ultra-fine mist that doesn’t weigh makeup down or make it feel cakey, which keeps my look feeling fresh throughout the day. The natural finish lets my makeup stay in place without looking dry or stiff, and it really helps extend wear time without disturbing what I’ve already applied.  However, I do notice that my makeup still transfers onto anything I put close to my face (like my phone or glasses), so while it helps with longevity and fresh appearance, it’s not completely transfer-proof for me.

I have oily skin and this definitely worked well with my makeup and skin type. My makeup doesn’t look greasy after using and it dries down nicely. You can’t even feel it on your face.

It doesn't smear and I usually use a mini fan to set it quickly. The scent is minimal to nothing and removal is easy I have dry to normal skin.

It really does make my make up last longer however it does not keep my face from getting oily. I still need to powder throughout the day. I appreciate the fine mist and the scent is not too strong. It dispensed so smooth in a fine mist so it wasn’t too much too fast. A small amount went a long way for good coverage. It’s a big bottle and you definetely get your moneys worth and it kept my makeup shine free and lasted all night, even after lots of rare times dancing for my b-day. As always Urban Decay delivered the magic of making me feel like a queen.

I like the design on the bottle, but the clear cap doesn’t stay on well. I actually ended up switching the old cap onto the new bottle after reviewing it. Packaging aside, the first thing I noticed when using the new formula is the fine mist, which I really like. However, there’s no cooling effect anymore and that was one of my favorite features of the original formula. During the summer I don’t wear foundation often so I mainly rely on setting spray to keep my eye makeup in place. With cooler weather I did test it with foundation a few times and it seemed to hold up well for most of the day.

I was a little worried when I saw that the spray was being reformulated that it might break me out or not last as well with my skin but it is dare I say even better than it used to be. I have oily skin and by the end of the night my makeup still looks so fresh and hasn’t moved a bit. If you have oily/combo skin I highly recommend this setting spray.
