Replacement

I had no idea these were referred to as a mixing paddle. I had one for years. They're great for getting to the bottom of the pot for sauces which like to stick to the pan. Mine broke after many years of use and I was very happy to see this one at a reasonable cost. I have not received it yet, which is why I gave 4 stars.
