Creatine XL - a bit sweet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the watermelon flavor, creatine has been a great add to my supplements. I feel myself able to push harder when I'm at the gym, (maybe it's placebo but either way it's attributed to the creatine so it's doing the trick) and I've tacked on about 5 lbs from the extra water my body is holding. My only complaint is that it's a pretty sweet, so I find myself having to mix with much more water than the directions recommend....more water isn't a bad thing though. I also wish it didn't have red dye #40 in it. I'll likely be switching back to unflavored rather than consuming more red dye, too bad because I want Animals extra proprietary stuff that's in the XL.

Like the Product, but One Small Complaint
Have been using Animal Creatine XL for a short time now, I really enjoy it and feel it is a good quality product, but have one small, strange complaint. All of the Animal powders (Creatine XL, Flex, Cuts, etc.) have very small container / tub openings making it impossible to get your hand in the tub to scoop out the product once it is 1/2 empty. A very strange complaint, but that is what I got. Otherwise, a good product, tastes good and seems to be working.
