Rug design is beautiful but there are creases all over, thought it would arrive in a roll but it was folded and the creases are impossible to get rid of.

Love The Rug Enchanting Way to Define the Space
Beautiful Rug. Love the rich red color and the elegant pattern. Only wish that it came rolled up instead of folded. It is amazing though and we purchased the matching rectangular version too. The rectangle one is even more beautiful because the pattern is more spacious.

Nice rug good buy.
Very nice rug. The colors blend well together. The feel is soft not scratchy like some others. The edge binding is well made no skips or gaps.

Well, made rugs.
I have ordered two rugs so far from this company. I think the quality us very good. I would : however, get backing put on a long runner. I bought a 10ft runner and did not put firmer backing on it so it ripples. I am going to order the back mesh for that rug. The other rug I bought was a 6ft round rug. I spilt water on one of them and it beaded up, and I just blotted it off. I will say when you fist get them, “let them air out” outside. They are wrapped really tight in plastic so the chemical smell that is on all rugs after manufacturing is strong. If you leave the rug outside it is fine afterwards. Yes, I would recommend this company and their rugs.

Chateau Rug excellent choice
I recently purchased the chateau rug. I am very please with how great it looks in my apartment. It is an excellent addition to the dining room area. It adds a degree of elegant to room. I love the size, and colors.
