I like the rug but...

I like the rug but there's a weird wrinkle that isn't going away. Also there's a bald spot the size of a dime. I was going to buy another one for my dining room if I liked this one but...

Good Rug

I was skeptical ordering a rug online, but it looks exactly like the picture, and it was delivered promptly and well packaged. I think this particular rug would be best with a pad underneath to give it a little more softness. Otherwise we are very satisfied.

Size is not accurate

The rug is soft and beautiful, however, I purchased a 7'x10' rug that is close to 6 inches short in both directions... luckily I ordered bigger than I needed, but I'm rather sad it isn't the correct size.

The two rugs that we ordered came in record time. And they were wrapped expertly. They came rolled up which is nice and not to much wrinkle.Color is spot on as shown. We need one more and this is the place we will be ordering from. Thank you.
