Great rug, poorly packed
It’s as described in terms of color and quality, but they should have used a sturdy cardboard tube to rile the rug or something. Instead they just rolled the rug around itself and due to storage/shipment in vacuum sealed plastic, the rug ended up getting squished and severely creased everywhere the rug was rolled. I’m not sure if it will ever lay flat. This really seems like a solvable packing issue vs a rug issue. It seems unfortunate.

I was surprised by how soft this carpet looks and feels! I sprang for the "luxe" pad, and I think that makes a difference. But the rug itself is very high quality, and really luxurious on its own. The colors are a bit more muted than in the photo, but I like the look. It looks a bit different from each angle or depending on the light. Overall, I'm so happy with my purchase and thinking of buying other sizes and colors of this rug to put in other rooms (this one is a runner in our front entryway).

Nice runner - hard to find sizes
I like this runner a lot - it's very nice quality, and I like the colors and the short thick fringe. Unfortunately it isn't going to work where I'd planned it (I like it well enough to use it in another room) because I'd rather something slightly narrower, and the color isn't working the way I expected it to. I plan to start looking at Rugs.com though, since if find their selection and prices are very good.

High quality, very soft
This rug is a beautiful material - much softer and more elegant looking than other rugs. It also lays flat in a few minutes which is amazing. It is more pink than red but still has red touches. The color honestly looks different from different angles and lighting. Although very soft, it is thin so I had to buy a rug pad and now it looks and feels amazing! The fabric alsmost has a sheen to it making it look expensive.
