The way the website offered this rug mat was perfect. I wasn't thinking about it and when it automatically selected the right size for our rug, it was a no brainer. It's jut the right detail that made our order easy and complete.

There was nothing wrong with this rug other than not being able to tell exactly what brown tone it was. Some images showed a light ivory/brown, others showed more of a sepia tone. It is definitely more ivory than sepia.

A basic but functional pad. Does not add much cushion but prevents the rug from slipping.

Good quality. When it arrived it had an overwhelming smell that I was hoping would go away and fortunately it did. I hung it outside for a few hours and the smell went away.

I ordered a 5' x 5' rug pad but received a 4'x 4' pad. To return it I phoned to get it replaced. The first question I was asked after explaining the problem was, "Do you want to return it"? Duh! While I was put on hold there were extremely loud noises of people talking and yelling in the background so I couldn't tell if the male I was talking to had come back on the line. When he did come back, his accent was so strong and the background noise so loud, I had a very hard time understanding him. There were never any apologies for them sending me the wrong rug pad, which I think is very poor customer relations. The rug pad has a terrible odor so I'm honestly not sure why I'm having it replaced and not just returning it (other than I need it)! I'm very disappointed in the service of this business although I did receive the rugs and this rug pad in a very timely manner.

This was a must to keep new rug from sliding all over the floor.

Hard to lay down flat but it’s great preventing the rug from slipping. Haven’t had any issues with the rug moving.

Well, it's a non-slip rug mat, so it's nothing to get overly excited about. Lol. But it does it's job just as it should and keeps my beautiful new Rugs.com rug (which I am TRULY excited about!!) in place. I would recommend this product and I would suggest using a non-slip rug mat underneath your area rugs.
