1️⃣Disliked the poor functionality of the zippers. 2️⃣Disliked the interior of the bag. Of course there weren't any real pictures (corners shot?) of the interior. The material feels cheap, crinkles like parchment paper, and interferes with the zipper. 3️⃣Dislike that the frame seems misshapen or bent. 4️⃣Dislike that they sent it in a ziplock bag? 5️⃣Loved the color—but it's still going back.
