Operating Instructions1. Display SwitchingSwitch display modes by short/long press the MODE button:Short press MODE button: Time display → Date display → Temperature displayLong press MODE button: Enter time, date, and temperature cycle display (time displays for 5 seconds → date displays for 2 seconds → temperature displays for 2 seconds. When displaying temperature, press and hold the MODE button until you hear a beep to switch to time display (time only)).2. Time, Date, and Temperature SettingsIn time display mode, long press the MODE button to enter settings (automatically returns to time display if no operation). Short press the MODE button to switch items each time, and short press the UP/DOWN button to adjust values.3. Alarm SettingTo turn the alarm on/off: In time display mode, short press the UP button to cycle through: alarm off → alarm on.To set the alarm: In time display mode, short press the ALARM button to enter the corresponding alarm display, then long press the ALARM button to enter settings (automatically returns if no operation).Sniff function: Press SNOOZE/LIGHT when the alarm rings. Press the key to enter snooze mode, press other keys to exit snooze mode.

Large Numbers but has Design Flaws
This clock has large, easy to read numbers, and was very easy to set up. The light underneath is dimmable to three different levels, or can be turned off. The day of the week listed on the side is easily seen. However - the display turns off after a few seconds and just goes completely black if you only have batteries in. It MUST be plugged in for the display to stay on, but it only comes with a short(!) cord, no plug. I had to hunt down a longer cord and a charging block for this to work. Also, I had to set the temperature setting, but don't see how to actually SEE the temp. Instructions included are very minimal and do not cover this.
