You and the other players will use the cards to construct a single headline. Getting Started - Find the WINNING! card and set it off to the side. Shuffle the deck and deal 6 cards to each player. Decide randomly who will go first. Playing the Game - The game is played in rounds, where each player takes their turn playing a single card to the headline that is forming in the middle of the table. The player who plays the highest point card gets the WINNING! card. Once the headline has two hot-button icons in it, the round ends and the player who has the WINNING! card scores a point.
