terrible
did nothing for me, i can peal the sticky part off. when i first got them i immediately could tell i could peal it. but i tried them anyway and they did nothing. i did follow instructions. you can peal the clear sticky part off. very irritating to skin aswell

I got a size medium. I am a 32C. I definitely could’ve gotten a large button nonetheless this thing actually works only with tighter tops though. doesn’t really work with strapless. I think you need the straps on the shirt to help pull up the inserts.
