Bad service

Target a accidentally sent me a 2 pack instead of a 4 pack, which i need right now. To fix this there is no customer service option to send me the 2 missing, and instead they make me do all the work to print a return label and send it back. I can't even accept the wrong item and be partially reimbursed.
