[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unsure whether to order the thin or thick lanyard. Having purchased the thick version, I have been happy with it since I first attached it to my phone. Because it the soft lanyard rope is so comfortable to have across the back of the neck and my body, I am no longer worried about my phone tipping out of a pocket when I bend, nor wasting time searching for the phone before I leave the house. The length of the lanyard is quickly adjustable through sliders, so that the phone sits right where it is comfortable with what you happen to be wearing. With a jacket, I'll typically adjust so the phone rests in a pocket, still securely tethered to me. The only "CON": the lanyard is bulky, and doesn't fit into small purses for occasions when you need to look dressy. But in such cases, it takes just seconds to unclip it. Very satisfied with the lanyard (as well as the protective UAG case I bought too).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lanyard was very high quality but just way too big for carrying your phone. The rope is the size used to secure boats. I returned my order but then wished I kept it to use for my canteen when hiking. I tried to use other strap with my canteen but since it was flat, it kept twisting into an uncomfortable position. This can lanyard would’ve been perfect for my canteen or any other large item that you want to secure across your shoulder. Securing anything just around your neck doesn’t really feel right though since it’s so thick.
