[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tymo ring forces you to work in layers for good reason. The straightening comes from the comb holding the hair so it makes contact with the heating elements - it akrr seei allows tension over the elements that flat ID ng do not. Also, with a flat iron i always had to blow dry my hair first. While that ideal, I can swim laps, come home from the pool w my hair a mess of dry frizzy S curves, use the Tymo Ring and get it sleek and shiny and as straight as I want it to be.

I don understand why but it amazing and so quick to use. If you have fuzzy or wooly hair it straightens it so quickly. Definitely worth the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never know if something I order from seeing on an ad will truly work. But I happy to say this time it was for real. I e had mine for a few weeks now & I am truly amazed at how well it works. I have thick hair and if I don blow dry it right away then I out of luck. It has to be wet or at least damp in order for my dryer to get it somewhat straight. But then I also have to use a flat iron. I tried this one the day after I washed my hair and had little hope. It was amazing!!! It straighten my hair & it looked like I had just gone to the salon. It even worked in my bangs making them kind of puffy instead of straight like they do with the flat iron. The only con I have & maybe I just haven figured it out yet is I always comb my hair out first. Even when I do I feel like the ring still pulls my hair a lot. I not hair sensitive but I can see if you are how it would hurt doing it over & over again. Other then that I would definitely suggest this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thick hair that is wavy to curly depending on the length and how it was dried. I was skeptical that a different straightener would make me want to go from my literal wash and go routine for a culy bob to longer and straightened hair. My husband prefers the length and I prefer when it's long to straighten so I decided to try it. I was immediately impressed. I was able to straighten my hair in 4 large sections with two to three sections in each larger section. The best part it only takes me 30 minutes to straighten my hair! I wash my hair in th emorning or night before and with it mostly dry I am able to run the comb through each small section one time and move on it's amazing! I am impressed and although it's taking longer than wash and wear it's still easy and quick enough for me.
