Soft feel
You definitely need to wash it first to feel the softness! The duvet feels so soft and comfortable. And it's super cooling too for those that sweats but warm with my down comforter if that makes sense. Customer service is very fast and responsive.

Would have given this 5 stars but it doesn’t have any ties inside to hold duvet insert in place. It states that it has corner and side ties and there isn’t 1 single tie.

super soft fabric
