My feet hurt all the time due to running (and bad genetics) but these calm down the pain and the swelling. Pop them in the freezer for a bit and then pop them on my feet when I get back from a run.

I have been doing physical therapy for my feet and having these slippers to come home to, has been a godsend. I think the content inside freezes equally and it doesn’t freeze the skin like other ice packs I’ve tried in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE these Hot/Cold pack slippers! They slippers are comfortable you can warm them up in the microwave or cool them in the freezer. They don’t freeze solid so are still soft and comfortable to wear. You CAN walk in them though personally I find them more comfortable to wear while lounging. Year round comfort and great after a long day on your feet. Gel throughout the top and bottom so surrounds your feet comfortably. Slip on design so just pop them on and be on your way. The relaxing treatment you never knew you needed! I highly recommend!!

As a hair stylist and mom I'm on my feet for a lot of hours a day and at the end of the day my feet are sore and tired. I grab my slippers out the Freezer and slide my feet into them and within minutes my feet are soothed. These slippers can fit versus sized feet from my daughter who is a size 6 to my son who is a size men's 13. Going to be sharing these as gifts for my friends.

The nice thing about the ice pack slippers is there for hot and cold. Yep thats right you can freeze it or heat it up for a warm pack. The ice pack slippers are a great addition to add to the medicine cabinet I would highly recommend this to anyone with feet problems or a broken foot or something like that. The TruHealth Hot and Cold Therapy Slippers are flexible, reusable, and microwave activated. They also have a nice non slip backing so you don't slip and fall. They are very durable and heavy duty nice. I love em and you will too.

He uses them every night his favorite is from the refrigerator. I enjoy the heated myself it brings comfort and healing so glad I found these they help tremendously with the pain relief!

They are easy to throw in the freezer or heat up in the microwave. Easy to walk in and doesn't get to stiff so you can slide your feet in easily.

They are microwavable and freezable. These are great for providing soothing hot or cold therapy for all those aches and pains in your feet. These are so much better than an ice pack, and even work for neuropathy pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TruHealth Ice Pack Hot and cold slippers for foot therapy, my daily routine is very heavy I have a lot of activity with my children and I end up with foot pain, these slippers have helped me a lot they help me rest my feet for me it has worked more when hot, my feet feel better than when cold, they are very practical for use in the microwave, it is only heated for 30 seconds and cold use is to leave at least an hour in the refrigerator, they are not heavy and are very comfortable, the material is resistant.

I can say they are pretty cool and hot lol they feel good wish they were a little more snug,also the time is off for warming it took over 2 minutes for me and it wasn’t the temp I’d prefer other than that awesome you should try it out.

I recently hurt my foot, so i put these In the freezer to ice my foot instead of trying to hold ice packs, they felt and worked amazingly! Then later I put them in microwave to give my foot some heat. My foot already feels so much better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first tried these slippers in the microwave and had them in there for 40 seconds. I did not think they were warm enough so I put them back in the microwave for a couple more 15 sec intervals. After about 70 seconds I think they were warm enough. My feet feel better after wearing these. I have pain in the bottom and top of my feet. I also kept these slippers in the freezer overnight and I put them on along with a pair of socks. My feet also feel good having the slippers cold. I like all the little grippers on the soles of the slippers but, I wouldn’t walk in these slippers as my feet would slip out of them but, it is great that these slippers would fit multiple people. I do wish that these slippers came up to my ankles as this would be even more beneficial to pain in my feet and ankles.

It has helped with his pain for sure. He loves that they can be cold or hot. But prefers the cold. Very nice and comfortable!
