A: This steamer is not meant to be used horizontally. You can steam up and down and side to side only.

Q: do you have to use distilled water or can you use tap water?

A: Tap water usually have a lot of mineral deposits which causes clogging on all types of steamers. We highly recommend using distilled water to prevent mineral build-up and to prolong the life of your steamer.

It’s compact. Can steam 1 or 2 shirts without filling up the reservoir again. Better than dragging out the ironing board and iron for a few wrinkles!
