Need steam
The water does not flow freely through the wand and the hose, so you hardly get any steam at all, even on this level setting of three. I have a little handheld one that only holds half a bottle of water and it honestly does better than this one.

Easy to use
The SALAV X3 is a game-changer. Heats up fast, puts out strong steam, and makes shirts/jackets look crisp in minutes. Way easier than dragging out the iron and board. Solid build, easy to use, and absolutely worth it.
