Ideal for your home, office workstation, or network requiring AC line protection, the Protect It!® 7-Outlet Surge Protector from Tripp Lite® by Eaton® features a surge suppression rating of 2,160 Joules to defend your sensitive electronic components against even the strongest surges and spikes. Your devices plug into 7 NEMA 5-15R outlets. 2 outlets are mounted on the side to allow connection of 3 bulky transformers without blocking adjacent outlets. An integrated 15-amp circuit breaker protects all outlets and shuts down connected equipment in case of overload. The on/off switch provides 1-touch control over connected equipment. Diagnostic LEDs confirm grounding and protection status. The AC power cord allows the surge protector strip to reach nearby outlets, while its right-angle NEMA 5-15P plug allows furniture and equipment to be placed flush against the wall to save space in your workstation. Keyhole slots incorporated into the bottom panel provide convenient wall or desk mounting options for the plastic housing._

Well built, thick cable, great finish. the 2 side sockets are so handy! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a long extension. I sell Tripp lite at work and I buy it for personal use! Solid products!!!

Just what I needed
I use this Surge Protector for my computer and printer. I live in an old house, so outlets are at a premium and the 25 foot power cord is a necessity. Good product at a reasonable price.

The extra long cord was handy for me with my new standing desk. I can literally move my desk wherever I want to inside my office. Also, the $75K equipment protection is very nice, especially at this price level. Hard to beat.

I am very happy with the Tripp-Lite surge protector. The main reason for purchase was the 25 foot ac cable. It means that it can be used on the other side of the room from a plug. I would recommend if this is a feature you are after. I would highly recommend.

It is a surge protector. Ideally, I will never experience a surge and need to discover if this really works. I feel confident with the surge protection and grounded lights both on that I will be protected if anything does happen. I like the two outlets on the side. You can plug in a bulky cord without it covering the plug ins for another outlet. I like that the plug that goes into the wall is flush with the wall and that the furniture that I have in front of the outlet does not need to stick out.
