I could feel the panel shaping my waist and hips. I absolutely love that this has pockets! The print on top is so cute, very bright and tropical. The top has adjustable straps to lift, but it did not have a strong bra to help shape further. I feel very comfortable in this swimsuit. This fit true to size as well.
