The only thing that I received for this shoe rack organizer was a small box containing the pieces to put the shoe rack together along with the cover. I noticed that there was only one tracking number which was for the shoe rack pieces and the cover that I received. So, I had to end up calling customer service twice regarding the missing cabinet. The first time I called customer service they told me not to worry that I should be receiving the cabinet in a few days. After a few days had passed and I still had not received it, I called them back and the second customer service rep told me that they would need to refund me because their system does not allow them to send replacements. The shoe rack organizer had also been increased in price by $20.00 and so as a "courtesy" the rep. issued me a $20.00 gift card so I could purchase it again. I truly hope that they ship everything out this time on my second order!!
