I wasn't expecting the smell it was. I didn't really like it that much. It felt a bit weird to me. But atleast I got the results I wanted. It works decently as a body wash, but if you wanna smell good, I'd say there's better choices

This body wash is amazing, super hydrating and foams up nice. What really sets it apart is the scent— aquatic, fresh, spa like and so so beautiful. I would buy this in any form they would make it in— hoping for a shave oil and body oil soon! This is easily the best scent they have for anyone looking for a subtle freshness.

My friend and I bought this along with the butter and scrub, it a wonderful scent and we love it. Just wish there was also a body spray to use as well!!! 🥹

Smells like a dirty cucumber got drunk and had an affair with a moldy old algae covered lotus flower. It’s horrible! Buy anything but this… cheap 99 cent store garbage. People giving this good reviews obviously lost their sense of smell from covid.

And it works really well with keeping my skin hydrated and soft. I would buy the Lotus water foaming gel wash for the rest of my life! I will urge you to buy this product because it is so amazing! But does it leave my dry skin hydrated enough to go without lotion afterward? No. It does do a decent job of starting my moisturizing process. When I first used this, I did not know what to think about the scent--I didn't hate it, but I certainly didn't love it either. To be honest, I do not know what lotus water smells like, but this gel wash smells to me like watermelon candy/gum and coconut. It is growing on me.

Maybe it was only my bottle but it does make opening it in the shower kind of difficult. The scent is a kind of nostalgic scent, and sort of smells like prickly pear, and on occasion there's something that doesn't quite sit right with my nose. The consistency is pretty thick, very gel like, so if you like a more creamy consistency this may not be for you. It also takes a little bit longer to lather because of how thick it is, but it does leave your skin feeling soft. The price is pretty comparable to other body washes out there on the market. I personally am not a fan of this particular scent, but if there's a scent that appeals to you and you like a thicker consistency for body wash, I say go for it!

I use their body scrubs and body butters already; and I was excited to add another product to my routine. Let me start with what I liked. The bottle was cute! I liked the design and how the product looked in the bottle - it was definitely giving off beach vibes. I also liked how moisturizing it felt on my skin; it did not leave my skin feeling tight and dry after use. I thought that it lathered VERY well, and a little goes a long way. What didn't I like? The scent. Tree Hut normally smells SO good! The scents are strong and long-lasting. This had a generic floral scent that was super light! It didn't fit with my impression of Tree Hut and I was left feeling somewhat disappointed.

Secondly, I generally cannot use body wash with oils, as they break out my beak. I am happy to report I have no back acne while using this. My skin feels very nourished after showering.
