It has the high strength belt and heavy duty clasps to prevent unlocking. This jacket is definitely designed for children and adults. It will hold up to seven to fifteen pounds of bouyancy extra to help hold you above the water. This Life Jacket is made of high quality material and built to last. It can be used as a seat cushion as well. This is a great, high quality vest that is made to last a lifetime. With good comfort and safety support.

The Winner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you need a bigger life jacket that’s actually comfortable, this one’s a winner. The soft, vinyl-coated foam feels good against the skin, dries fast, and won’t rub you raw. The straps let you get a secure fit, though it’s a bit bulky. Not the cheapest, but it’s durable, Coast Guard–approved, and feels great to wear in the water.
