Misleading product description, disappointing purchase

Travel pillow with memory foam and washable cover. Smaller than expected, gel only in head area. Thin straps not shown in photos. Nice design but not as described. Easy to inflate and fold. Returned due to disappointment.

Not Made Well

Opened it up out of the package and tried it on. I went to unsnap it and the fabric snap tabs ripped out of it on the first try on. Way too much money for it to rip so easily.

Good pillow but weird little extra bag

We ordered 2 of these in 2 different colors and they look great. They did each come with a little 4-inch bag but no idea what that's for. The pillow would never fit in it (???).
