Sonic and Tails Transformers crossovers
I've been collecting Transformers since 1984. Ever since they have been doing "crossovers" I've been collecting them. I got a really great Black Friday deal on this set. Sonic & Tails as Transformers !! It might not be one of the best crossovers but these 2 are great. If you can get them at a good price, pick yourself up a box. $25 to $30 range would be best.

Not very kid friendly, not intuitive
It's a great looking toy, definitely not cheaply made, good quality plastic. However it is difficult to fold the way its supposed to. It is hard to transform even with the picture instructions, my husband and son couldn't figure it out, we had to look up a YouTube video and even then the joints were not as snug as they should be and the bottom didnt fold the way it was supposed to, making it not possible to roll like it should because the chest plate wont click into the slots and it sticks too far out and won't allow the wheels to rotate. overall a good display? But definitely should not be in the toy isle

You will regret it
I have never hated a toy with a passion, but this is an exception. This is more of a brain teaser puzzle than a toy. Even several adults following the step by step image instructions could not get this thing to transform into anything that even resembles the intended form. If this is for a child, they will be frustrated with it and not want to play since it takes a PhD in engineering to transform it, and they'll probably break it while trying to transform. Not worth $50 or even $30 on sale. Maybe it's meant for adults who want to play with extremely challenging toys, instead of kids who want to have fun changing it back and forth.

Fun set for fans of both franchises
Really enjoy this concept and the designs! Love how they turned out. Plastic overall feels good and is pretty durable, but the tolerances for the articulation and connections for some pieces could be better. Transformations are not bad, but do require you to do everything in a certain order so the parts don't clash into each other. I would recommend only if you're willing to figure out the quirks of this set. Once you get the hang of it, it's really fun.

Would buy for my worst enemy!
If I could give this toy zero stars I would. I do not normally do reviews but this is a BUYER BEWARE. Purchased this for my 8 year old Grandson. He was literally in tears with frustration trying to figure this toy out. Was not easy to transform physically and the instructions were terrible. Pieces are hard to put back together if taken apart. My husband even struggled to get them back together. If we hadnt taken it out of the packaging I would return this thing in a heart beat.

Do not buy
This could have been so cool but it falls short. Incredibly difficult to transform. If you aren’t following a video or the instructions very closely you’ll never figure it out. Pieces pop off often. Not suited for the 8+ as listed. My 8 yr old was bummed he couldn’t do it. Would not buy again. Definitely disappointing.

Unfortunate quality
Cool but not good quality. it lacks the other transformers quality lots of pieces don't fit well together and the plastic is very thin. I really was hopeful this toy would be a long lasting one but sadly will be returning.

Not good quality
I agree with a lot of the other reviews. This transformer is so frustrating and has not been fun for my 9 year old. When the Sonic is being converted the plate and parts fall apart - for the price it should have been executed better!!

Horrible and overpriced
These transformers have over 20 steps to transform and one of the figures does not transform all the way. My son was frustrated with it after an hour and gave up. Now I have to pack it back up and try to return it. Save your money with this.

Do not buy these. They are worth MAYBE $20. They are small, the parts fall off constantly and they are so complicated to “transform”. Horrible product and a waste of money.
