the Tram 3500 is the best CB antenna I've ever tried! I talk daily 20 to 30 miles locally on 12 watts AM... mostly to base stations.... and people always think I'm a bast station it sounds so good and with a powerful signal.. it is on the top of a 6 feet tall 2011 F150 regular cab that has had a lot of RF bonding done.... talking to other mobiles they can always hear me 15 to 20 miles away but they only send out a signal 1 to 6 miles away ( cheap antennas firesticks I guess) on SSB I talk all across the country! the tram 3500 is very whippy and bends to go in and out of my garage.... GREAT antenna!!!!! stays on at 90 MPH this is a little range test video I made when I went out to a restaurant 13.3 miles from my house... you can see on the video I was sending a S7 signal strength at 13 miles away... meaning I could have easily gone much further... maybe I could have gotten 20 miles...
