TRAKK Hot Cold Sleeve for Ankle Support

Comfortable Bought for my daughter who plays volleyball and sometimes her ankle and foot hurt after practice. She loves the ease of just sliding in on her foot. Doesnt have to worry about it falling off when she moves. She says it is very comfortable. She uses it regularly.

Very soft and cold! This is great for my achillies tendinitis. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is not as tight on my heel as I would like it to be.

Cool relief I wish it was snugger...Smallest size large....if they had a medium might have felt more snugg against my ankle...which I really wanted...Fits my husbands ankle much better than me. Also wish i could get colder even from freezer it still isn't cold enough and seems to not stay cold long enough for me. Have severe inflammation with feet especially if ived been on them for a long period of time.

My second pair Love these, I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and use these after. They help make my feet feel fresh and ready for my next workout, they hold cold for about 30-40 mins. These are amazing if you need them or workout regularly I highly suggest them.

Ankle ice pack I really like how the gel ankle ice pack works. I just slide it on my foot over a sock for protection and then I elevate my foot and enjoy how the cool gel pack feels on my foot. I like how it fits to your foot, so your entire foot is iced at the same time. I have used it a few times now for my sore foot and I will keep using it. I like that it lays flat in my freezer and does not take up much room.

Great and easy to use. These are so fast and easy to use. They dont stay cold as long as ice does, but they serve their purpose.

Cold but not long I love itjust wished it would stay colder a little longer. Its good for about 20 of cold. Wished it would go another 10. Its comfortable and can even be used on the elbow if needed.

Great ice/heat pack but fit is just OK. MUCH better than balancing a bag of peas on your ankle! And the fact that you can heat it too is great! But warning: it can get VERY cold or VERY hot - be sure to feel the inside first before putting it on or wear a sock to protect your skin. Also, the fit is OK I have a size 6.5 foot, and it definitely does not fit snuggly, but it still feels good! Overall happy with the purchase.

Stays Put with No Fussing I have Achilles heel spurs & Achilles tendonitis & use cold packs to help with inflammation. This pack has some definite advantages over the flexible ice pack I've been using for a few years.The biggest plus is I don't have to find a way to strap on the pack to keep it tight to my heel. This pack is just slightly tight & takes some gentle tugging to get on, but once it's in place it stays put - no sliding or adjusting needed.Once in place, it stays cold for 20 to 30 minutes. In fact it's a little too cold on my toes so I've found that a very thin sock works the same way a thin cloth does over a conventional ice pack.The only problem for me is that the seams between the 2 halves of the pack run across the top & bottom of the foot - the bottom running right up the back of the heel where I need it most. It's obviously the only practical place for it so I can over look it since the pack is comfortable, convenient & works well enough for me.
