Shoulder flaps could be a little longer Overall a good purchase, the heat is nice on the neck if you have tension there. Like that the heat is adjustable just wish the shoulder part was a little longer.

Saved Me!!! I have re-entered into the Interior Design field in my 60s after a moderate retirement.I have quite long hours at the drafting table so, my neck starts throbbing after some time. I found this to help immensely!Thank you for the great design! Easy/comfortable to wear and it puts the heat right where its needed.

Bought as a gift I purchased this for my hubby who began using it right away. He likes that it fits around his neck & shoulders, the timer is helpful, it works great.

Weighted makes a HUGE difference!! I absolutely adore this heating pad!! It's weighted so it stays put and the setting choices don't allow you to get it too hot.

Overall YES for neck and shoulders I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I needed to alternate cold and heat but my flat heating pad wouldnt stay in place. I got this neck/shoulder heating pad to help.Here are the pros:- The heating element is in the neck portion, not just the shoulder/upper back.- It does get hot enough to feel through clothes- Alternatively, you can set it low enough to put directly on your skin- It has timer settings, 30, 60, 90, 120 so you can sleep with it and not worry- It has an on/off physical switch so if the time and temp buttons are accidentally pressed, and you want it off it wont come on.- Long cord. I havent had to use an extension- The connector to the heating pad is at the bottom corner and I usually dont feel it- The material is soft velour- The snap keeps it on my neck and I dont have to hold/adjust- Its also the perfect size/shape for ladies abdomen painsNeutral:- The weights are not really heavy enough to pull down on my shoulders when sitting upright (nothing to lean against). But also the weight also isnt so thick that when I do lean back against a sofa, it isnt annoying. I can imagine it would be hard to design the perfect balance of both weight and comfort.Cons:- The heat settings are numbered 1-6. I would rather have the actual temperature on the controller.

Its not a massager I received this as a gift. The person that got this for me thought it was a massager. The neck part is tight and constraining around the throat and the heat unless you have it firmly pressed against the back of your neck it you dont feel it. Or you have to turn up the heat where it was so uncomfortable to relax. I am a very tiny person so I really dont think that I should be having a choking feeling with it. Over all Im happy, just for the upper shoulder area.

Works great, but seems big I love that it plugs up as I've only ever had microwavable neck wraps before. This was a gift from my husband for Mother's Day, and I have enjoyed it so far. It is very large compared to what I'm used to and it seems bulky. I would try to find a smaller size if I were to order another one. Overall, works great and as described.

Best friend liked this gift My BFF has bone spurs in her neck. She also runs an office that deals with absolute pain in the neck humans on the regular. She said it works good and is comfortable. I also gave her a case of beer and some bottles of wine, which she says help even more. So the combo of this nice heating pad and booze are def the way to go.

Warm, comfortable, soothing This has been a life-saver. I have chronic upper back pain, and wearing this heating pad on my shoulders is the only thing that gets me through the work day.

Not very heavy, but still nice I got this because I thought it would be weightier. Its good, soft, well made. Just kinda light weight. It did make my shoulders get warmed up. Felt good.
