I bought this phone as a backup phone. It works very well, it isn't a super expensive S25, or an 1phone 17. But it works extremely well for the price; the battery life isn't that short, but I only downloaded Discord, TextNow, and WhatsApp, so that might be the reason. The camera quality is fantastic, the display is also incredible, and the performance takes a while to turn on after being shut off and to stop lagging after being powered on, but it is fantastic for a 40-dollar phone. If you want this as a backup phone, or as a regular phone as a teenager, it is really good to buy it, but unlike me, remember to buy the case, hehe.

If your phone isn't working considering that you added a plan when you leave the house, it suggests there might be an issue with its connection to our towers, or perhaps the mobile data is turned off. To ensure your phone works everywhere you go, you need to make it's properly set up to use the network. I wouldn't recommend buying this phone.
I have to be honest and say I don't like this phone. I judge a phone mainly off of how good is the battery life and this phone doesn't hold a charge very long at all. In other words it doesn't take long for you to notice that the battery is going down. The next issue is once you take this phone off of the charger and push the button to turn it on it takes forever to come on so then you don't know if you did it right and then you press the button again trying to get it to come on and then you just have to sit and wait and start all over. I'm going to go ahead and make the best of it and use it until I can't use it no more because I paid for it so there's that.

Tracphone company experince horrible
Tracphone stated this phone was incompatible and no device found when activating. Customer service off shore unprofessional incompetent language barriers also significantly affected service. Tracphone needs to do better

Husband's new phone
I purchased this phone for my husband. He needed a newer, faster model. However, it keeps dropping calls and we can't get a new one without sendind old one in. He can not be without a phone. This policy needs to change.
