A: Hi there! Let me clarify the two drawer designs for you: The Normal Drawer is fully enclosed — its panel completely covers the entire front of the drawer. The Special Drawer uses a semi-enclosed design — the panel only covers part of the front, so the internal frame is visible on the sides.
