Broken after 6 months
The lower left anchor for the door hinge broke after 6 months of use. The particular board broke and allowed the tiny screws to come loose, which are choking hazards. Very sad because we liked this play kitchen fridge and set and are surprised by the poor quality with this brand.

I’m admittedly not the best at assembling items, but I thought this looked easy enough (esp compared to the H&H play kitchen). I was wrong. Several of the screws and items didn’t line up great so it doesn’t feel super secure. We’ll see how long it lasts, but I’m just glad to be done with building it for now.

Just awful
So cheap. I was so disappointed. I wanted something for my daughter that would go with her IKEA kitchen and help store extra food. The quality comparison between this and the IKEA kitchen is insane. Every time I touch the Hearth and Hand item I feel like I’m going to break it. My daughter gets so frustrated trying to open the doors on it. The IKEA kitchen is solid, I as a 160lb adult can stand on it to reach things higher up- I wouldn’t trust my 30lb daughter to do that with this crappy H&H piece. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it is the same height/depth as the IKEA kitchen so it works. I am reselling it after 3 months of owning it though since it is so awful.
