Do not buy.
At first I adored this house! It’s so sweet, but then all the pieces started to break and fall apart after just a couple days of play. The stairs are cracking off and falling apart, the windows are all falling off, the glue on the doors are coming undone. Paint is chipping. Really sad! I don’t know what to do now for my kids who were so excited for this house.

Love this dollhouse
Got this for my daughter for Christmas I was not expecting them to be this tall but that was my bad. It is a large house and we have 1:12 size dolls for it. It seems to be made pretty good. It went together fairly quickly. My husband put it together and I got him the lettered item.

4 years and still going strong
Just happen to see reviews for this house and was surprised. We have had this Dollhouse for 4 years and have had no issues with structure or anything breaking. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am not a fan on the staircase placements and the open in the floor for them. It limits furniture placement and just seems unnecessary imo. I also am not s fan of the furniture that comes with it but this is just personal preference. It's a great size for Maileg Mice and customizations. We also added a shelf at the bottom to raise it up for easier parent play time and storage.

Horrible! Multiple pieces with pre drilled holes incorrectly placed. Unless you are handy avoid at all costs. Ridiculous to charge so much for such lousy manufacturing. Chip and Joanna should be embarrassed.

All the pieces fell apart. As we are assembling it the glued pieces are all falling off, so now it is basically built and impossible to return. Don't buy unless you really want to build a dollhouse yourself.

Upon receiving the dollhouse, one of the windows had come completely unattached and had to be super glued back into place. My daughter has had it for one day and two other windows plus the shutters have all fallen off.

Poorly manufactured, poor quality
Pre drilled holes did not fit any of the nuts, taking out of the box all the windows and shutters were poorly manufactured and everything fell off, we had to wood glue everything on to ensure stability.

Adorable but Minor QC Issues
Solid little dollhouse. I love that it was available in colors besides pink and purple. It will look great in my son’s room. Assembly was straightforward. It took me about 1.5 hours to put together from opening the box to ready to play. As expected from other reviews, I had some alignment issues with the roof corners and a few pieces of trim fell off. The latter issues were easily remedied with some wood glue and clamps; if you don’t have these on hand, you may want to pick some up before beginning assembly. I’d recommend giving each trim piece a gentle tug to see which ones are ready to pop off and in need of glue. I docked one star for quality control issues, but I do feel like the quality of materials, ease of assembly, and price merit 4 stars.

Durable Wooden House
I have 4 of these wooden houses. They are extremely popular in our play therapy rooms and are a great match with the Hearth & Hand barn. Of the 4, I did get one that had 2 of the same pieces rather than two that were mirror images. This created issues when building and have caused some difficulties with the roof staying together on one side.

Favorite gift! But watch the install of the front porch - wood glue worked better
this dollhouse was a hit for my daughters birthday. Reletively easy to put together - it took about 2 hours. BUT the only reason I am giving it 4 starts and not 5, is the front door porch was not well made, and the screws did not line up with the dollhouse, and one railing was crooked... i split the wood trying to drill it in BUT was able to salavage it + get it attached to the front of the dollhouse with some wood glue. I think if that was better made, this would be 5/5, but because that caused some drama with the assembly, I would almost rate it lower then 4 if it wasn't otherwise so cute.

Not worth the price
What a waste of $$$. Get this from your local buy nothing group or marketplace. Absolutely not worth the price buying it new. Flimsy, easily chipped furniture, visible glue marks, 2 of the window frames fell out while I was assembling. I bought the additional doll furniture as it doesn’t come with enough. Also, it doesn’t match the barn in the same Hearth and Hand with magnolia toy set, which just seems odd.
