Does not fit some older machines.
I wish I would have tried these a while ago while I was able to return them. Bought these from a total gym dealer online. As others have said the quality control is lacking. The plastic insert is way too thick. Would not fit my older total gym FIT machine. So I removed it. Now the rivet that holds the plastic insert there is keeping the pins from going through the holes in the rail. So now I must drill the rivet out. Kind of angry about it but that’s what happens when you wait too long to return stuff.

Another great TG Attachment!
I love these Tri-Grip Shaper Bars. They are a perfect addition to my Total Gym. The most immediate difference that I noticed is they targeted my back muscles more effectively then the older pull up bars. I am very happy with this purchase.

A great upgrade for pull ups
I've been using the standard wing attachment for pull-ups for almost 2 years and this is a great upgrade. It simulates the pull up bar found in gyms (standard, wide, and parallel grip), and is much better than the wing attachment in my opinion. It's also More versatile and better for isolating back muscles than the wing attachment. A Highly recommended attachment if you do pull ups or press ups.
