    Total Gym Chrome Handle advantages

    I like how I get a much more solid workout using the chrome handles as they are stiffer and have a nice smooth rotation of the handle. There are some things that I prefer to use the nylon handles that come with both my Total Gyms--such as the oblique twisters and the single arm rows--as they fully encompass the handle part and are more flexible for double handles in one hand. But overall the stiffness of the chrome handles adds to the enhancement of many of the cable exercises.

    Well worth the price.

    I had no complaints about the fabric handles that came with my TG Fit. I had the chrome handles on a previous model TG that I used to have and I liked them also. I saw these and decided to purchase them so I could do a side by side comparison. I used one fabric handle and one chrome handle and did my workout. IMO the chrome handles are superior to the fabric and I will use them from now on. I recommend them highly.

    My favorite handles.

    These are among my favorite accessories I've purchase for my Total Gym. Suprior comfort and stability. I prefer them to both the the nylon strap handles and the tricep ropes with the majority of excercises.

    Must Buy for Your Total Gym!

    These handles are much more comfortable during exercises. I like that the grips rotate as you move. I feel these are a must buy for your total gym.

    Nice handles

    I got these for the ability to put my hands in different positions. I switch back and forth between these and the nylon ones. These are very sturdy, I'll probably eventually have to replace the nylon ones, these will last my whole life. Each handle is good for different things, I like the nylon ones for triceps, these ones for chest presses. But I switch them around quite a bit.

    Chrome over plastic...anytime!

    I had an older Total Gym for many years that I purchased in 1999. That model came with these chrome handles and I always liked them. My new Total Gym Fit comes with the plastic handles, which I believe is standard now. They are fine, but I remembered the chrome handles as being superior. As soon as I received these new chrome handles and attached them to the TG Fit, I immediately knew I had remembered correctly. These handles immediately provide better control over the cables and they make using the Total Gym more enjoyable!

    Great addition to the Total Gym Fit...makes moving from one exercise to another much easier. The open grip handles, for me, seem to give me a bit more resistance for.

    What a difference

    I bought these for the seated press, but once I latched them on my Total Gym, I have not taken them off again. I like the way they feel. To me, I free less restricted with more freedom of movement.

    Better handle option

    Used them for 2 weeks now and I’m glad I switched. They make things feel more stable. I have not found any exercise where they don’t work.

    Top notch quality!

    These things are amazing. I far prefer them over the stands straps especially for doing chest press exercises. Considering how long a total gym last (several years) a no brainer.

    Big, big improvement over the standard handles that come with your Total Gym. Cushion handles have rollers, they feel good in your hands with smooth movement. Excellent upgrade for your machine
