Total by Verizon is the worst company BY FAR that I have ever dealt with. The customer service is never helpful they have no idea what they are doing. They insist that there are no call notes ever even though Ive spent HOURS every month on the phone with them. Im filing. a complaint with the FCC and Better Business Bureau. They have robbed me of service plans times and money each month

it was terrible. phone barely has any storage, camera isnt very good, and screen has one too many miliseconds delay. worst phone ive ever used.

Good features at a good budget price
Samsung "A" series phones are well made and have a good balance of features and price. The A03S was a replacement for an earlier phone that was still working fine, but was dropped, cracking the screen. The Total by Verizon price for the A03S was excellent, and it works great on the service providing 4G LTE speeds for data and great quality audio on calls. The cameras are adequate for video calls and for taking shots to send via SMS or e-mail. Would definitely recommend

Slow and lags
This phone sucks. Everything lags behind. Takes forever to turn on, open apps, and even take video. You better press record 5 seconds before you want to record.

Sad free phone that is provided.
I was very disappointed in the cheaply made Track phone that Verizon Total provided. If I had known this was what was being provided, I would have gone elsewhere. The service is 4G at best, it's slow with sad storage/memory. It freezes constantly. Im very unhappy with it & I will be looking for something that isnt the worst possible choice they can give me.

Had ENOUGH of total by verizon!
I wasn't expecting much, being a throw away customer. But at least it could have came with a way to CHARGE IT! All this phone came with was a cord with a USB-C connector on both ends!

Phone is garbage, you guys should have a better option as far as the free phones you offer. I got this phone just to try out your service. I cant even give an honest review ofyour service because if the quality of the phone. Its glitchy its slow i cant even watch a video on it. Samsung do better this phone is crap.

Deep fried phone
I have had this phone for over a year now and I am amazed with its durability.i work I. A restaurant that is busy all the time and there isn't much time to think you just do.one day at the end of my shift I was turning off a deep fryer that was currently at 350 degrees when all of a sudden my phone slipped out of my hand and was completely submerged into the 350 degree fryer oil.at first reaction I reached for it and then realized how stupid that would be .so I went and got a pair of tongs and grabbed the phone and pulled it out of the fryer. I wrapped it I. A dry towel and wiped all the oil I could off and put ice on top of the towel for a couple minutes to cool it down and that when I realized the phone was fine . Unbelievable but yrue .so you want to talk about durable this isn't a newer phone but it's what I can afford and it's wonderful .thank you samsung.

Not good for a daily use
Not a great phone if your using it daily, camera isn’t great and the phone itself is extremely slow I put one application on it and the phone barely works now I’m sure it would be good for a kid or emergency cell phone but not a daily
