It’s nice but yeah I mean definitely can do much better

I've used this mascara for years and it's always been my favorite ever since I started using it, until my most recent purchase at Target. Before, I always bought this from Ulta or Sephora. Since Target now carries it, I thought I'd give it a try. I don't know if the cosmetic company changed the formula or what's going on. But, now I don't like it. As several others have reported, it also made me get a stye and now my eye is red, swollen, and painful. So, I've been working on healing it and this is the first time I've ever had this happen. So, it's 100% the mascara that caused it. This mascara also flakes and clumps, and causes racoon eyes as many others have reported. I don't remember it ever being this bad before in that aspect. I never got a stye or any eye issues from using it in the past. In addition, I do prefer the original size over the travel size from past experience as the brush is too short and too thick. It just causes a mess and doesn't look good like it should. And, I had to stop using it and toss it after the reaction I had to it. It's expensive enough, hence why I purchased the smaller one this time. But now, I'm switching to another brand altogether eventually, after I'm healed up. It's not worth the added issues as a result. So, I'd pick another brand or type if you want to avoid the unnecessary health and cosmetic issues as a result.

I tried this in a sample pack 7 yrs ago & I have to say nothing has ever worked as good for the value its light instead of heavy feels natural while extending the effects of length/volume be sure to apply a conditioning primer before applying mascara

Love this mascara

This goes on very pretty, but then in less than 2 hours it was all under my eyes. Really really raccoon nightmare. I would never buy again.

i love the burgundy color. formula is just like relationships, great while its new but gets dry quick and you have to get a new one. worth it though!

Clumps fall while wearing! Don’t do it

This mascara always gives me a beautiful full look without the clumping and mess. It does a great job lengthening and curling my lashes and only takes about two coats to achieve my lash goals. I can easily remove it in the evenings with my facial oil and although there is a little bit of fallout throughout the day, it is very minimal and wipes away easily. I've tried every mascara out there, and this continues to be my go to.

Such beautiful packaging and love that it's not overly dark for my eyes. It's perfect for everyday wear when you don't have to be too bold.

Love this mascara

I hadn't purchased this in a long time but decided to try it again. I did like it in the past but I had forgotten how great it is. It goes on great, last all day, and washes off well. It mashed my lashes look longer and thicker. I do add two coats.

I've gone back and repurchased, that's a good sign!

This is the only mascara I use. I've tried so many brown mascaras, and this is the only one that is actually brown while also giving me volume and length. Never stop making this!

Definitely worth the price

Finally decided ti give this iconic mascara a shot and initially IT WAS AMAZING! But it didn't last long sadly. It smudges very easily and it made my lashes look pretty clumpy after just two coats. I only had my tube for about 3 months and when i went to use it the other day all of the mascara was clumpy and gloopy. It wasnt usable. Highly disappointed I didn't eve get to use the full tube for the price you pay! I don't know for certain if I will give it another shot in the future.

bought this in brown because i heard good things about the black shade. it ends up under my eyes after awhile of wearing & doesn't lift/hold the eyelashes

Loved this mascara. Definitely changes the length of my lashes. Product is perfect.
