Piece Missing

I ordered this wine cart because it is tall, has a wine glass holder, a place for wine bottles, and additional shelving. I like that this cart can be moved to different areas of my house for large parties. However, this item was obviously repackaged in the box, and the middle panel (Part F) that holds a shelf in place is missing. It's unusable without the panel, and I will call the customer service number on the instruction manual tomorrow to ask them to send the missing piece in time for Thanksgiving.
