The dumping side is made of metal, which makes it very durable and high quality. My kid Michael loves it — he enjoys loading his toys and even sitting inside it! He loaded it with little stones, pushed it around and then he was putting leaves and it did great on the grass and the floor, super safe for them, and lots of endless play options, packaging was very easy to open, and he was so excited to open since the moment he saw it, and thankfully it was easy to get out of the box so no tantrums lol. It’s great to see products like this in the market for the kids!

It’s solidly built, feels like it can handle years of play, and reminds me of the kind of tough toys I grew up with. That said, my son only played with it for a little while before moving on to other toys. It doesn’t have any lights, sounds, or other interactive features, which I think might make it less exciting for kids who are used to those things. Overall, though, it’s a great, well-made toy. If your child enjoys imaginative play or you want something that can survive rough outdoor use, this dump truck is a great choice. Honestly, I would’ve loved having one of these when I was a kid!

It’s got real steel in the dump bed and the body, chunky mega-wheels that roll over driveway, sandbox or even a bit of yard gravel, and front/back tow hooks so the fun doesn’t stop at hauling. What stands out: it doesn’t feel like a lightweight toy it feels built. The dump bed is articulated, the edges are softened for safety (“safe touch edges”), and the look is bold & modern. this is a strong pick if you’re looking for something that will last through rough play, sibling use, outdoor and indoor transitions. If you’re after something lightweight, cheap for occasional indoor use only, you might find simpler options. But if you want “serious dump-truck play,” this ticks the boxes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s cool, but it’s definitely not like the old school tonka trucks. There used to be a door and a cab that you could fit a Gi Joe in and while there is a seat and a stearing wheel there is no way to get inside the cab! But okay maybe that’s just me being too picky. I was also surprised that the only metal part on it was the bed. I thought at first that the cab was metal too but everything except the flat bed is plastic which is kind of a drag but it’s still cool for what it is. The bed is about two iPhone 15 plus wide. So it holds quite a bit of stuff in the back, it rolls good and doesn’t skip or anything. While you can’t sit it in like you used to be able to, it def is still a pretty cool truck and not too overly expensive.
