We designed our sleek Solace MAX slip-ons to provide the maximum comfort and all-day support needed by healthcare workers. Their durable, washable, non-penetrable, metal- and mutilation-free, Raptek microfiber uppers are made to slip on and go. Next we added lightweight Hover Spring™ foam midsoles engineered to ensure excellent support and energy return and help reduce stress on legs and back for pulling double shifts on your feet. Anti-Fatigue Technology polyurethane footbeds provide additional shock absorption and energy return while their breathable, moisture-wicking linings are made of ReBOTL™ fabric containing at least 50% recycled plastic and have an antimicrobial treatment for odor control. Underneath, you'll find heat-, oil-, slip-, and abrasion-resistant, non-marking rubber outsoles.

Extremely comfortable but ……

Love them...BUT

This is a fantastic work shoe. Super comfortable for all day wear however, they are terrible to put on! There is no easy slip on!. It's a struggle. Sadly, they have to go but I'm online right now looking for an old fashion lace tie!

Comfortable shoes but not slip resistant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore these once and had to return them because they are hazardous to work wearing in a kitchen. Instead of slop resistant they are extra slip, and would slide even when standing still. Hard to return.

Non slip??

I'm in the service industry and these hold up keeping your feet dry, light weight and easy to clean. However non slip outer sole failed! I fell at work walking on a wet floor. Need to improve the sole to be truly non slip because these are NOT.

I will buy this all the time

Everything is great about them, to work 8to12h in a hospital, my husband bought them for me because I always crying how my feet hurts, they are the best, I use to wear H.., but my feet keeps hurting, so glad I got this the outside & inside are high quality, best working sneakers even, materials is like boots outside, lovely sneakers

Really love them but they're not slip resistant.

I love these shoes but they're not slip resistant in the restaurant setting. The radius is definitely slip resistant though. I have purchased those before.

Overall well made

First impression was it seemed a bit cheaply made compared to previous Timberland purchases. Also they run very small, I ordered a 11 and they were extremely tight so size up. Overall comfortable.
