It barely holds anything in place ,even light flyaways don’t stay put for long. Instead of giving that clean, slicked-back look, it leaves behind a sticky, slimy residue that makes my hair look greasy rather than styled. Really wanted to love it, but the texture and lack of hold were a big letdown. Not something I’d reach for again.

The wax is the perfect consistency and glides over the flyaway hairs without pulling on the hair and breaking it (this has happened to me many times with other brands!). The wax doesn’t leave any greasy residue, it keeps baby hairs under control and lasts the full day. It’s easy to push up and use and a little amount of wax goes a long way.

But waxy but the problem I have with it is it makes your hair look greasy don’t get me wrong it works to slick back your hair but it hurts & I do fear it could lead to hair loss to be totally honest as it’s so strong when you put it on it almost hurts. And I don’t like the packaging at all the lid doesn’t even stay on properly

It’s so easy to just throw in your bag and talk with you which is a massive convenience especially when you have a nice hairstyle and want to keep those fly aways at bay! Since having babies my hair is breaking a lot and I’ve always got loads of little broken hairs flying around so having this is a life saver for slicking the hairs down My only issue is it does make your hair feel heavy and look greasy as it feels a little waxy. You get so much inside this little tube it will go such a long way! I love tht with a little bit of water it washes out easily too!

My scalp can be quite sensitive but it did not irritate my scalp at all. You only need a small amount to cover your fly aways, and this stick will last me ages!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very easy to use, simply open it apply in a sweeping motion directly on the hair and it stays down. I’ve never used a hair wax before and it is great. It has a slight smell, not bad or good just the smell of hair wax whatever that smells like. Its not a strong smell at all and you’ll never notice it once it’s in your hair it’s only if you smell the product itself. It’s not sticky as such but it does feel waxy on the hair so once you’ve put it on, your hair will feel waxy. It really works excellently well at laying down baby hairs and fly away hairs especially for when your hair is up in a ponytail or bun. You can use less to just lay a few crazy fly away or baby hairs down or more to have that super sleek look. I like to use a little bit because then I can restyle my hair and brush through the wax and it becomes unnoticeable but obviously if you use more, then the style you’ve done will have wax on the hair and you can’t then change your hair style to down as the top will be flat and waxy looking. The product doesn’t leave any residue on your hair if you apply and then comb through, if you apply it and don’t melt it into the hair with your fingers or comb then you’ll see the product there. The stick itself will get lots of hair on it which can be a bit difficult to clean so either just leave the hairs there and the product will still work or use a tooth pick to carefully scrape the hairs that have stuck to the product off without taking too much product off or making dents in the product. I highly recommend and it’s a great product. It does exactly what it’s supposed to and it can’t be improved except maybe slightly cheaper.

I’ve used a couple of times to keep little stray hairs down and in a nice high pony tail but my son had school photo day and I used abit of this on his hair and it ended up looking so greasy. So maybe if you want a slick ponytail look, it’s ok otherwise I wouldn’t recommend for anything else

I used a dab on my roots and then used my finger to wipe my hair back and it stayed in place. I have natural very curly hair so always have flyaways and even hairspray doesn't always hold. But this... I barely used any product and it worked! I will never turn back. This product would fit in your handbag, so handy to travel and will last forever due to not needing to use much. A little definitely goes a long way. Thank you for letting me try this product!
