Thread Wallets Elastic Wallet Black

Is this even black? I ordered this and a black lanyard and they’re completely different colors.

these elastic wallets seem like a great idea but due to a design flaw they don't hold more than one card. As other reviews have mentioned, a thick bundle of seam allowance on the inside impedes to insert cards and twists the whole wallet. What a shame. I wish I could return but Threads does not allow returns on sale items. A moment of thoughtful design or manufacturing would have solved this problem

I used this product for around a year. Loved the simplicity while I had it until the wallet slipped out of the ring part. I did read some reviews talking about this before I purchased it but thought it won’t happen to me. But it did and now I lost all my credit cards and my driver license.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. The only card holder he’ll use. Thanks, Thread!

It holds a few cards, some money, and my birth control and I haven’t lost a single thing. I will say taking out your card can be a bit of a struggle because of how tight the wallet is, but I’d rather struggle slightly to get my card out then lose it because the wallet doesn’t hold well. 10/10 recommend!

Did not live this at all.Could not get anything into it and when I did it looked like the glue was coming apart!

Overall it holds my cards and cash well, but being the anxious person that I am, I am paranoid of stuff falling out especially if I only have 1-2 cards in here. I will be changing to the vertical wallet so things are more secure.

Have been using this wallet for barely a week, and the inside of the back pocket on the bi-fold wallet has completely been torn off. Highly disappointed in this product given how expensive it is :(

I needed something to carry the essentials when on a short stand

I bought the wallet and chapstick holder. These products have made my life so much more organized and efficient. I have had them for over a year and they have held up great. I can just grab keys and have my ID, credit card, and chapstick and am ready to go. Do not have to lug my purse with me. I throw keys in pocket and good to go. My credit card is handy when I go to drive up. Pull from my keys without looking through purse/wallet. I also appreciate the more obscure nature of this wallet. My purse is not visible for people when they are walking by. My bible study ladies give "our favorite things" gifts for Christmas and this is my gift this year.

I bought the wallet less than a week ago and the keychain broke off of the wallet, resulting in a lost wallet.

I love how compact and convenient these wallets are, and they're surprisingly durable for being just a piece of elastic. I used my last one for a few years before it gave out. Super cute colors too!

This wallet was really great for the three months before it stretched out. I don't think I ever put in more than the recommended 8 cards, but it still stretched out. Cards fall out if I'm not careful. Can't decide whether to buy a new one.

I bought several lanyards. So excited to be able to switch them around with my outfits. However, one the hinge does not close automatically. I have to push it back closed. I worry that I may loss my keys!

I bought the black thread wallet and another printed one, and also a chapstick holder. i love the wallets but as soon as i put my chapstick in the holder, the piece of fabric that attaches the holder to the key loop frayed and tore out of the holder. i wouldn’t recommend buying the chapstick holder for that reason but the wallets are great!

I never take the time to review, but I have to for this one. This wallet is probably one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I am always on the move and hate running out of the house and scrambling to grab all the various things I need, and I hated having a big wallet to worry about carrying. I got the elastic wallet and the wrist lanyard and it has made my life so much easier. With my keys all on the same key ring, I just pick up the whole thing, grab my phone, and walk out the door. I know a lot of people are skeptical about the open ended wallet, with both ends of the cards exposed, and I was too at first. But I’ve since completely abandoned all doubt. The elastic is strong and secure, and I’ve never felt like my cards are in danger of slipping. Same with cash when I add that in as well. If you’re looking for someone to simplify your life and help you get out the door faster and carry less, I cannot recommend this elastic wallet enough. Thank you Thread for such a great product!
