A great book, a terrific, life-changing nutrition strategy that’s effective & comparatively simple to execute. Written with a sense of humor, the book contains some excellent recipes. As for results, I lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks, have kept it off for 3 months and enjoy a feeling of good health overall.

Worth every penny
Just great, it's worth every penny. If you decided to start the Whole30 program, you must buy it, every time you have a doubt you will have a handy guide, also you will have more other resources to focus on your program, everything from rules, to recipes, and what you should do on social settings where food -not Whole30 complaint- are the main thing. We have enjoyed to have this book and the Recipe Book as well because it's a hardback book we can use in our bed, trying to ditch all screens around bed time.

If you are looking for a weight loss book, this is not it. The purpose of this book is to basically weed out your allergens. It's a great program that I hope will help pave the path to a healthy lifestyle change when it comes to food.

Worth the effort!
I had heard about Whole30, and decided on a whim to give it a shot. So glad we did! While you can get sufficient information on the program online in order to completed the 30 days, the book is really worth having. It gives you in depth details, tips on what to expect, etc. The recipes are also great and we use them regularly! I'd really recommend getting the book if you are considering starting a round of Whole30. So far we are half way done and I'm already feeling better. My migraines have significantly decreased, I have more energy, and I'm sleeping much better. Committing to do this and fueling my body properly was exactly what I needed.
