I thought we'd try it fo our cheese board, bc you know it's SWISS Colony and it's SWISS cheese so I thought 'well is it really any better than the grocery store?'. The verdict from the family is yes. It's well worth a repeat for Christmas next year.

This is the BEST baby Swiss
Our son sends us the small "loaf" every year for Christmas - many years in a row - and it always is wonderful! When we have finished all of it I have to buy baby Swiss sliced at the supermarket deli. Its flavor and texture doesn't come close to that of your cheese! Yes, we were a bit disappointed at the change away from the wheel shape but square or round, the product is still the same. Having tried many different brands over the years I can say that none of them have the large holes found in aged stronger tasting Swiss cheese. Perhaps that is why the baby Swiss has a sweeter milder taste.

Creamy Swiss
This creamy Swiss cheese is great on a charcuterie board or just plain with bread or crackers. You can taste the unique flavor of the Swiss cheese and it is not too strong. I think it would work great on top of French onion soup as well.

Baby Swiss from Swiss Colony is one of my favorites and use it on sandwiches, crackers or just by itself. It really is very good Swiss cheese and have been ordering it for Christmas treat for years.

Not Good
I have bought Swiss Colony's swiss cheese every Christmas for many years. I usually get the one or two pound size but this year decided to get the three pound. To my surprise it came in a large rectangular shape. All the others ones I had received in the past were circular in shape. But also the color looked off, darker. At first I thought it was the wrapping but when I opened it it was the color of the cheese. I found it much harder to slice and it didn't have that creamy good flavor I had gotten in years past. I wonder if they don't sell as may of the 3 pound size so it might older or not as fresh as the 1 pound size.

Not the Same Baby Swiss
This was the first time I have ever been disappointed with my purchase. I don't like the baby Swiss . I'm was soft, didn't have the "holes" , and was a big let down. I will not be purchasing again. If I could return it I would.😞

I will not buy baby swiss again
We buy the big baby swiss every year…my husband eats the whole thing sometimes…this year he said it doesn't taste as good as when the swiss came in the round shape He thinks Swiss Colony changed something about how it was made 🤷♀️ Also, please stop sending catalogs….I ONLY NEED ONE I'm pretty sure I received 7 ….that's quite a waste of paper…they only get driven to the dump
