this cleanser is actually so gentle and has helped my breakouts.i was using bubbles fresh start cleanser but my esthetician recommended this and i LOVE it❤️❤️❤️! definitely recommend

better than i expected
my highly reactive, still oily at 48 yrs old but gets dry in the winter with retinols face needed sowmthing more gentle for the upcoming cold. i usually an i juice beauty brightening cleanser user. i have started using this cleanser at night and my face really appreciates it. neatly everything breaks me out to some degree, this has not. not drying but not overly loaded with skin conditioners. my skin just feels normal, not tight. i will keep using now.

Love this face wash. Not strong ad far as smell l and very clean, I have sensitive skin that hates everything, so this will be my new favorite. The price is very affordable, the value is great they give you a rather large bottle whereas most face wash that is any good gives you a tiny bottle for a not so tiny cost. Definitely will not disappoint.

I have very sensitive skin and I break out easily. Add perimenopause, and it's been hard to find something that works. But this skincare line has been the best. I love how good my face has been looking. My latest routine is this cleanser, then the The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, Smoothing Serum for Blemish-Prone Skin, and the moisturizer.

This facial cleanser is very gentle, but after washing my face with it and using my usual toner, there was still a lot of dirt left on the cotton pad. My other face washes remove all the dirt. I think this is best for someone with very sensitive skin.

Good Effective Basic Cleanser, But Less is More
I use a few of TO products, and wanted to give this cleanser a try. I quickly learned it works best as a second cleanse, following an oil or balm remover as the first cleanse, unless you have very oily skin. I can see why so many see the product as 'stripping'. It is HIGHLY concentrated, I use only about 1/3 of a pea size, lathered on wet hands, applied to damp face. Anything more than that is stripping, at least on my normal skin. It does have a detergent-like scent (like some plain dishwash liquids), but TO does not market for aromatherapy, so I was not expecting any scent perks:). Overall, a good basic gel cleanser, if used with moderation.

Disappointed
I had high expectations for this product, but it ultimately worsened my skin and increased its sensitivity. I made the decision to discard it. Even after taking the quiz on their website and purchasing the three recommended products, it just didn't work out for me.
