[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very adorable Halloween costume. It is Ariel the mermaid in a dress form for a little girls. It is a tad bit big but will be a perfect size come Halloween. The material is soft not uncomfortable are itchy for the kids. The quality is good for a Halloween costume I recommend it.

Only the sleeves are a little too long. The quality is good and durable. The only complaint I have is that the glitter falls all over the place so I have to vacuum a lot when she wears it.

There are well done details for the corset portion and the sleeves have adorable ruffles on the cuffs and puff before it reaches the shoulder which aids in arm movement. The shimmery, glitter that will be embedded in our carpet for years to come is pretty and makes the dress look extra special for our little one. Two Velcro closures make this a breeze to slip into and just make sure to take this out of the package enough in advance of the event to loosen the wrinkles.

I was hoping it was the new little mermaid outfit of her tail and top . My only thing is that it’s so plain and to be honest I wouldn’t have known this dress is from The Little Mermaid it looks like a regular princess dress. For the price of this dress and its simplicity of it i know my daughter wouldn’t have picked this costume just not for her . She would wear it for a costume party but still liked the dress. Wish it had some kind of detail showing it’s from the little mermaid. For people who didn’t watch the new movie wouldn’t have not know it’s from The little mermaid.

Plus, even as a Halloween costume, it is so cheaply made. Glitter sheds like crazy. If you don’t want to have glitter everywhere in your house, better avoid,
